The School Evaluation Form includes the following key sections:

1. School Context: Provides an overview of the school and its context, including its size, location, and student population.
2. School Values and Visions: Which underpin all elements of school life and leadership.
3. Evaluating the Quality of Education Evaluates the quality of teaching, learning, and assessment, including the curriculum, the provision of extra-curricular activities, and the impact of the school's provision on pupils' outcomes. 
4. Evaluating Behaviour and Attitudes Behaviour and Attitudes: Evaluates the behaviour and attitudes of pupils, including their attendance, behaviour, and attitudes towards learning, as well as the school's approach to promoting positive behaviour.
5. Evaluating Personal Development: Evaluates the personal development of pupils, including their spiritual, moral, social, and cultural development, as well as the school's provision for pupils' welfare, health, and safety.
6. Evaluating Leadership and Management: Evaluates the leadership and management including professional development, staff-wellbeing, governors/trustees and safeguarding practices.
